Collaboration with contractors and other professionals is key to ensuring correct implementation and compliance with codes and regulations. Our ultimate objective is to fashion spaces that are not just beautiful but also practical and comfortable for those who reside in them.
The First Appointment!
During our first meeting we will be spending 1 to 2 hours discussing your project, and getting to know your needs. To offer great service we need to get to know you better. We will learn what you like, your life style and your preferences. We will learn how you visualize your space in terms of functionality. We will be discussing how much you are planning to put in to the project and what is your "must'' and your ''wish'' list.
Defining Your Goals!
At the end of our first appointment, we will have a good understanding of your expectations and what style of home you vision for you and your family. A retainer fee will be determine based on the scope of the project. If you choose working with us, retainer will cover design time and sample materials for your specific project.
Design Dream Presentation!
For our next appointment we will prepare and share with you a design plan that meets all your functional needs, and in your budget. The presentation will include samples and digital images to help you to visualize how your space will look. We will make it easier for you to finalize the scope of the project and make sure that you will not need to make any afterthought changes during the process, which can increase the cost of the project. We will continue to work on the plan until you are completely satisfying!
You approved The Design Plan! What Is Next? Making It Happen!
As soon as design plan is finalized and you are completely satisfied and an agreement is signed, your dream is set to come to life. At this point, you can count on us to take care of details! We will continue working with you during the process-virtually or in-person and update you on the progress. We will coordinate with build/remodel team to make any necessary adjustments if needed as your project takes shape. Now it's time to sit back and relax! We will make sure that as soon as it done, your home will bring you joy and happiness for many years to come.
