Old World Charm
Why we love old houses? They convey history and charm.
They were built to last, built slowly and methodically, usually by the people who planned to live there for generations. These houses were hand built and not mass produced. Usually, they have lots of character and original details, and of course it's a luxury to own one of those homes where details are preserved and still in the good condition.
This is one of those old homes located the old part of Minneapolis. This Home has Great Curb Appeal, original wood floors, woodwork and few original light fixtures

Some of Original Trim and doors been replaced by newer which are different species of wood and painted to match existing. Poorly done and need to be improved. Lots of plaster walls and ceiling needs repairs. Wall colors recommended to change to update. Celling to re-paint by flat finish to hide imperfections of the plaster.
