Still Trying To Decide to Sell It

                 Empty Or Stage It?

Staging Makes Rooms Seem Larger and More Radiant, Move-in Ready Condition.

Did you ever noticed that empty rooms look small? The art of home staging has a lot to do with space, light, colors, and proportions. Choosing the right colors for the walls and efficient lighting, arranging furniture in the way that maximizes usable space gives the impression that the home is larger and brighter than it actually is.

Every imperfection,  every dent on the wall, any odd feature shows and becomes a focal point when you show your home empty! Finished (staged) homes look like they are in the top condition and move-in ready.

Proper staging makes potential buyers feel comfortable in the empty home by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The goal is to create an emotional connection between the property and the buyer(s).  After all, people are not buying houses-they are buying HOMES! And it's much harder to connect with an empty house that buyers often see as left behind, neglected and one they can purchase at a discount!
