For as easy as it may sound, ask yourself: what does a good Realtor offer?  A good Realtor will prove again and again that they are indeed the ones who can get the job done right.

 

Let me tell you a real story about real people; past clients of ours.

Joe and Linda (not their real names) lived in their beautiful Home for 35 years. Their three beautiful kids grew up in this House, and by the time of sale, all had gone their own way.

 

Joe and Linda were at the point when they decided that they are not enjoying their place,  as much as before. More and more, they were thinking about downsizing and were dreaming about traveling and seeing the world instead of working around the property. Common sense was telling them to sell and sell it now. Today's market and high demand location said to them that in this bulletproof market, they could sell it without the help of a Realtor. They tried...

We met with Linda and Joe two years later.  

Two years with little or no action, the couple decided to interview Realtors. Seven to be exact. We got the listing, and even all six were telling Linda and Joe that their biggest mistake was high price.  We sold it for $ 20.000 more then what Linda and Joe had been asking when they tried to sell it on their own.

The house was sold by BLIS within the first two weeks on the market in multiple offers, $10.000 higher than the listing price. 

Last time Linda called, it was raining in Paris:) They are traveling the world, and Linda is mentioning to me again and again how smart Joe was hiring a Realtor to help with selling their house.
